Why can't the claw move?

1. Please ensure that all batteries have been installed, or that you are using the included USB cable, and confirm that you have either inserted a coin or held down the button to activate the device.

2. If the above steps are correct, please open the top cover and manually move the
mechanical components at the top into their proper positions, then restart the game.

Why does it only work for a short while?

Please ensure you are using brand-new batteries, or use the USB cable included with our product to connect to a low-power adapter or outlet (5V 1A recommended).

How do I turn on silent mode?

Please follow the button instructions in the manual-- all models of our claw machines include a silent mode feature.

Why is the claw machine beeping and not working?

This is a low-battery warning. Please replace the batteries with new ones and restart the game.
